Shipping
We ship FOB from our warehouse location, with the exception of factory drop shipments, via the carrier of our choice. Shipping charges will be prepaid and added to invoice.
Damage/Shortage Claims
Buyer should inspect all orders for shipping damage or shortage. If damage has occurred, please note the damage on delivery receipt and notify our customer service department.
Minimum Order
There is no minimum order requirement.
Terms
Net 30 days with approved credit. Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover accepted.
Sales Tax
We are required by law to add applicable sales tax. If you are tax exempt, please submit your tax exemption certificate with order.
Returns
Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Contact customer service for a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Special order items are non-returnable unless there is a defect in quality. Return shipping charges should be prepaid.
Limited Warranty
All products have been manufactured by others and carry a manufacturer's warranty only. The proper selection and proper usage of the product is the responsibility of the buyer. Our company makes no warranties of any kind. Any claim for consequential or incidental damages arising out of or connected to the manufacture, sale, delivery or use of any product shall in no event be our company's liability.
